For over 80 years the Cheese Factory Sant'Angelo produces Parmigiano Reggiano of excellent quality and other dairy products, respecting the traditional Italian food and in perfect harmony with nature, farming and the area of production of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Total and direct control of the entire supply chain enables us to deliver superior standards of quality, in fact, the factory Sant'Angelo is placed in the context of the Agricultural Company Caretti, family owned, which is engaged in dairy cattle and cultivation of the land for the livestock feed.

The agricultural area is almost entirely dedicated to the cultivation of forage, therefore from the environmental point of view in absolute harmony with nature.

All forms produced, after passing rigorous selections to get the brand of the Parmigiano Reggiano (over 95% of branded cheese Parmigiano Reggiano), continue the seasoning for 22/24 months and beyond, in their maturation room, which boasts a capacity of over 30,000 forms.

Our Parmigiano Reggiano is sold, along with other dairy products and meats of our Italian production, directly in the farm shop family. Today Parmigiano Reggiano is an authentic expression of the Made in Italy food, genuine and original.

For its nutritional aspects and flavour full and intense, Parmigiano Reggiano is sought after by the best Italian restaurants to create food combinations rich and suggestive, where the eyes and palate are mixed with traditional Italian recipes, all proposed with skill and elegance to the Antica Osteria del Mirasole, still owned by the family Caretti, located in the heart of the area of production of Parmigiano Reggiano.
